Your information will be kept confidential and secure. We will review the information provided to determine if we can assist you. Credit Help Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

1.1. Credit Analysis: We will conduct a thorough analysis of your credit reports to identify negative items that may be affecting your credit score. 

1.2. Dispute Resolution: We will dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items on your credit report with the credit bureaus and creditors. 

1.3. Credit Counseling: We will provide advice and strategies to help you manage your credit and improve your credit score.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. Accurate Information: Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services. 

2.2. Cooperation: Client agrees to promptly provide any additional information or documentation requested by Company. 

2.3. Financial Obligations: Client is responsible for all payments as outlined in the fee schedule.

2.4. Active Participation: Client agrees to actively participate in their credit improvement process by:

  • Paying down credit utilization to recommended levels.
  • Making all monthly payments on time.
  • Avoiding new debt or excessive credit inquiries.
  • Following any additional recommendations provided by the Company to improve credit scores.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Initial Fee: Our credit repair services start at $1,499, depending on the complexity of the credit repair required. 

3.2. Payment Schedule:

  • Initial Payment: At least half of the total fee is required to begin the credit repair process.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid within 45 days from the start date.
  • Flexible Payment Options: If the Client is unable to pay half of the fee upfront, the Company will work with the Client on an individual basis to establish a payment plan. However, the Client must make regular monthly payments, and the total amount must be paid in full within 45 days. 

3.4. Closing Cost Credit: If the Client successfully repairs their credit and purchases a home through the Company within 12 months from the date of signing up for the Services, the Company will provide $750 toward the Client’s closing costs at close of escrow. 

4. Term and Termination

4.1. Term: This Agreement will commence on the date of signing and will continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party. 

4.2. Termination by Client: Client may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to Company. 

4.3. Termination by Company: Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Client’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Initial Setup Fee: The initial setup fee is non-refundable. 

5.2. Monthly Service Fee: Monthly fees are non-refundable once services for the month have been initiated.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Privacy: Company will maintain the confidentiality of Client’s personal information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada. 

7.2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Guarantee: We will make every effort to improve your credit, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the credit repair services.

 8.2. Liability: Company’s liability to Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by Client for the Services.

9. Acknowledgment

9.1. Understanding: By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
