Anyone who knows me knows I love pizza, so of course, I had to share the news! Today, September 20th, is all about celebrating America’s favorite pizza topping—pepperoni! With pizza deals popping up all over, there’s no better excuse to grab a slice (or a whole pie) and indulge.
From local pizzerias to big chains, everyone is getting in on the action, so whether you’re ordering in or dining out, be sure to take advantage of the pepperoni love today. Check out this article for some fun facts and tips about pepperoni pizza and a list of deals and promotions happening today!
Speaking of pizza, there’s even more exciting news for pizza lovers in the Las Vegas area! 🍕 Good Pie, known for its incredible Brooklyn-style pizza, is opening its second location in Henderson on October 13th! After the success of their Main Street location, this new spot on Seven Hills Drive is sure to be a hit. Big news for hip-hop fans! The 19th annual BET Hip Hop Awards are coming to Las Vegas for the very first time, and it’s set to be an unforgettable event. Hosted by Grammy-nominated artist Fat Joe, this year’s awards will take place on October 8th. Although the location is still under wraps, the excitement is already building. With top nominees like Megan Thee Stallion, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake, the energy is sure to be off the charts. WHAT WE'RE LOVING THIS WEEK
We’re loving Walker Furniture’s heartwarming “Home for the Holiday” program, now in its 31st year! This incredible initiative is all about giving back to the Las Vegas community by helping families in need. The program provides a complete houseful of brand-new furniture to local families and individuals who could use a little extra support during the holiday season.
This year, Walker Furniture aims to help 30 deserving people, and submissions are open through December 10th. Anyone in the Las Vegas area can nominate a family or individual—whether you’re a teacher, first responder, social worker, or just a friend or neighbor. This is an amazing opportunity to brighten someone’s holiday season and make a real difference in our community.
