The Final Flight & The Odyssey Finale: Sphere News 🎸✨ The Eagles are taking their final bow at the Sphere this Friday and Saturday (March 27-28), officially closing out the longest-running residency in the venue’s history with 56 shows total. If you haven’t seen “Hotel California” on that 16K screen yet, this is your absolute last chance. If you haven’t experienced a show inside the world’s most immersive venue yet, this is your sign to grab those last-minute tickets.
But the energy doesn’t stop there. After a brief intermission, global EDM superstar Illenium returns to the Sphere to wrap up his Odyssey residency. While he’s been blowing minds throughout March, his final three dates—April 2, 3, and 4—were just added to meet the massive demand. If you want to experience his new album in the world’s most immersive venue, this is the grand finale. It’s a complete vibe shift, promising a completely new level of electronic energy and mind-bending visuals for the valley and we are here for it!
JLo Returns to the Colosseum 
There is just something about a Vegas residency that feels like home. Jennifer Lopez continues her Up All Night Live residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace this weekend. With shows tonight and tomorrow (March 27-28), the energy on the Strip is at an all-time high. Whether you’re a local or just have friends in town, a JLo night is the ultimate way to celebrate the start of spring in Vegas.
It’s the perfect reminder that no matter how much our city grows, the Classic Vegas star power is still our heartbeat.
WHAT WE'RE LOVING THIS WEEK
The Full Court Press: NBA Expansion is Officially Coming to the 702! 🏀
It’s no longer just a maybe—the league has officially given the green light to explore bringing a franchise right here to Las Vegas. The wait is finally over! Following the official vote from the NBA Board of Governors on Wednesday, March 25th the energy in the valley has been on a whole new level this week. Las Vegas has been confirmed as a primary expansion site, and we are officially on the clock for our very own NBA franchise.
This isn’t just a win for sports fans; it’s a massive milestone for our local economy and our identity as the Sports Capital of the World. With the Golden Knights, the Raiders, and the Aces already dominating, adding an NBA team to the mix completes the Big Four and solidifies our spot on the global stage.
There are plenty of rumors flying about where this new home court will land, but regardless of the final location, one thing is certain: the 702 is officially the place to be. This move solidifies us as a world-class destination for more than just tourism. Stay tuned, because I’ll be tracking every step of this journey—from the first shovel in the ground to the very first tip-off! The timeline is officially moving.
